This will be my daughter except I ain’t breastfeeding for 2 years, I consider vaccinations to be crucial and meat is kinda great so I doubt I’ll give it up or deprive my offsprings of the pleasure. I’ll consider it though.
I applaud the father. Teaching a toddler is no easy task. Dude is a 5 per center with 3 wives. He’s doing something right.
James Reynolds (back), Harlem Renaissance debonair in his 40s, with son Jerome Williams (front), aspiring style consultant, in his 20s, in Harlem, NY, USA. This dynamic duo was my very first one, and still one of my most exciting. James is not Jerome’s biological dad, but has been assuming the father role since Jerome was a little child. In fact so much so that Jerome’s mother intends to update Jerome’s birth certificate with James as the father. More of these two in a blog post on my website later this week. Again, this frame is in color - but the essay on these two will be B&W.
In a time where most black men aren’t raising their children, the ones who are get over looked. This picture speaks words to me because I grew up with my father. My parents have been married 32 years, and my father has been there for my sisters & I every step of the way.
